We train and support a new generation of progressive Jewish leadership.

To achieve our vision — of a country that is inclusive, equitable, and supportive of the dignity of every person across race, class, gender and faith — we need more people to step forward as leaders of our movement.

Our leadership programs are designed for a diverse community of emerging leaders, community organizers, activists, and advocates, as well as established change-makers within the Jewish and progressive communities.

For over 12 years, our leadership programs have shaped the Jewish social justice movement. Today, hundreds of alumni of our programs are active in social change campaigns and leading organizations across the country.

  • The core pillars of Selah—Purpose, Vision, Resourcefulness, Partnership, and Performance—have become my organizational life blood. I use the teachings of each of these pillars in everything that I do, whether it be motivating staff, writing performance evaluations, public speaking, or fundraising.
