Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome to apply. We look at each candidate holistically, and aim to build strong local teams of people whose skills and experiences complement each other. More important than any individual experience is the willingness to take bold leadership, work to make change, and a strong desire to organize Jewish communities to take sustained public action.
Bend the Arc’s experienced team of organizers, program leaders, and advocates will support you and help develop your leadership to make the change you desire. You will also gain skills and experience working alongside other Bend the Arc leaders, Jeremiah fellows, and community partners.
